The NeuroLeadership Institute was founded by David Rock. NeuroLeadership is an emerging field of study focused on bringing neuroscientific knowledge into the areas of leadership development, management training, change management, education, consulting and coaching.

David is a board member of the Blue School, who's mission is to encourage creativity and thinking in kids. David contributes the latest neuroscience knowledge to the curriculum.
